Hi, I’m Laura. I offer one-to-one and group sessions that include and combine dialogue, touch and movement to help you feel more at ease in yourself.
My approach draws on two practices:
Shiatsu, a hands-on therapy that uses calm, focused touch to release tension and restore natural flow in the body.
Chi gong, a gentle movement practice that builds awareness, steadiness, and energy from the inside out.
Both are about slowing down, feeling present, and reconnecting with your body in a way that’s simple and sustainable.
