I’m Laura. I offer gentle, hands-on and movement-based practices to help you feel more balanced, grounded, relaxed and at ease in yourself.

I do this through one-to-one and group sessions that include and combine dialogue, touch and movement.

My approach draws on two main practices:

Shiatsu, a hands-on therapy that uses calm, focused touch to release tension and restore natural flow in the body.
Chi gong, a gentle movement practice that builds awareness, steadiness, and energy from the inside out.

Both are about slowing down, feeling present, and reconnecting with your body in a way that’s simple and sustainable.
