Nature is simple, it is not contrived- so is Chi Gong

Move, Breathe, Heal

Chi gong is a gentle yet powerful practice of flowing, repetitive movements that stretch the body, boost circulation, and build awareness. Suitable for all ages and abilities, regular practice promotes inner calm and better overall health.
It works from the inside out—balancing energy (chi), easing stress, and helping prevent or relieve chronic conditions like nerve pain, joint issues, poor circulation, and even serious illnesses.
Stress and negative emotions often signal blocked energy. Chi gong helps clear these blockages, calming the mind and emotions. With practice, you learn to direct your energy consciously, improving both physical and mental well-being.
Once a tool of Taoist sages, chi gong remains a practical path to a healthier body, a clearer mind, and deeper self-awareness. It also lays the groundwork for tai chi and other internal martial arts.
This isn’t magic—it’s a natural process anyone can learn.
My experience
Chi Gong came into my life in 2007 where I learnt, practiced and assisted teaching Ron Timm . This was a very intensive period of learning in my life which included going deeply into Internal Martial Arts.
Alongside this I have studied Dragon and Tiger Chi Gong with Bruce Franzis who founded Energy Arts.
More recently, I have become an instructor of Shibashi Chi Gong Tai Chi.
I teach Chi Gong in various settings, mental health support, well being groups, cooperate settings, young children through to the elderly, one to one for specific needs and group focus sessions for example, 6 weeks working with the spine.
Teaching is one of the best teachers, so thank you for your interest and attending my classes.
